Do not let anyone accuse or contend against anyone else:
for my case is against you priests! You stumble day and night,
and the false prophets stumble with you;
You have destroyed your own people! You have destroyed my people
by failing to acknowledge me!
Because you refuse to acknowledge me,
I will reject you as my priests.
Because you reject the law of your God,

Do you need someone to talk to about your experience in a authoritarian church or spiritually abusive situation? Spiritual abuse can be just as damaging or traumatizing as other types of abuse. Often spiritual abuse survivors people have elevated levels of anxiety, experience panic attacks, have trouble trusting people, and difficulty sleeping. For some it is difficult to make sense of the world and what they believe.
